But once every summer this TRUCK would pull onto our block carrying a swimming pool.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou knew it had arrived because you could hear kids screaming from blocks away. That sound spread faster than any text message ever could.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNobody cared what you were wearing. Some kids had swimsuits. Some wore shorts.
